Kathy and Ken
Wagner
Kathy Wagner is a caring and nurturing
individual who wants to ensure that children know the importance
of God's word in their everyday life activities (including
hockey -- a big part of these children's lives). Kathy is
involved in this project to ensure that the children in
youth hockey have the proper guidance and mentoring from
Christian hockey parents and players. She has a BS in Information
Science from the University of
South Florida. She is excited to bring a Christian hockey
camp to the young hockey players in the Pittsburgh area.
Ken Wagner is an energetic and focused
individual who would like to offer the combination of hockey
and Christianity to young hockey players in the Pittsburgh
area. Ken is involved in this project to ensure that the
power of Christianity is linked with every endeavor that
we undertake. He believes that it is important to ensure
that young athletes live as Christians in all aspects of
their lives. Ken has a BS in Marketing from Troy State University
where he was a student athlete. Ken was involved in the
Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a Christian group who
spread the word as the higher reason for our cause. He currently
is a senior manager for GlaxoSmithKline, a devoted husband
and a loving father.
