Barb and Scott
Robinette
Scott Robinette serves as a prosecuting
attorney currently specializing in white-collar crime prosecutions
within the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He has
lectured on prosecuting insurance fraud cases for the Pennsylvania
Bar Institute. As an adjunct faculty member, he has taught
expositional, creative and technical writing courses at
La Roche College and criminal procedure courses at Indiana
University of Pennsylvania. Scott has led a Disciple I Bible
study course at Ingomar United Methodist Church. He has
also led Sunday school classes for adults and children at
Ingomar. Scott graduated from the University of Pittsburgh
School of Law in 1992, and he graduated from La Roche College
with a B.A. in English writing in 1988.
Barbara Robinette serves at the Child
Development Center at Ingomar United Methodist Church, where
she teaches a pre-school class of four-year-olds. Barbara
plays the guitar and sings for a praise band at Ingomar,
where she has also has taught Sunday school and led the
Grace Choir. She has also served as a music leader for retreats
sponsored by the Three Rivers Walk to Emmaus Community.
Barbara earned a B.A. in English literature from La Roche
College in 1996, and earned her elementary teaching certification
from Chatham College in 1992.
Barbara and Scott have three children:
Joe (9), Anna (11) and Max (14). Joe and Max are veteran
Christian Hockey Campers.
